J. Srinivasan (Senior Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant:

He was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1973. He is a B.Com graduate from RKM Vivekananda College. He passed CA in first attempt in Nov 1972. He joined as a partner and commenced his practice from October 1973. In July 2024, ICAI appreciated his contributions and honored him with an award as 'Senior Chartered Accountant'. He is an expert in statutory audit, corporate laws and direct taxation.

R. Ramakrishnan (Senior Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant:

A Commerce graduate from RKM Vivekananda College Chennai. He completed his CA during May 1996. He secured All India 43rd rank in CA Inter and 11th rank in CA Final and is in practice from 1996. He is also a Cost Accountant and DISA qualified professional with specialization in the field of Statutory Audit, direct taxes, International Taxation, Corporate laws, GST, Representations before IT and GST Authorities.

Surya J. Ramani (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant:

He is a Commerce graduate from RKM Vivekananda College Chennai, Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. A Practicing Chartered Accountant from the year 2016 prior to which he practiced as a Company Secretary specialising in FEMA and allied secretarial services. As a Practicing Chartered Accountant he has experience in the fields of Statutory Audit, Bank Audit, International taxation, Income taxation and representation with both the Authorities of Direct and Indirect tax. A football & cricket enthusiast, a fan of good music is an All India 33rd rank holder in CA PCC(Inter).

Being a people's person, he has found himself in the midst of many personal and professional level of arbitrations with clients.

Krishna Sudha. P (Partner) Fellow Chartered Accountant

She is a B.Com graduate from Madras University and a Practicing Chartered Accountant for the past 12yrs. An outspoken and a team leader she brings to the table a rich experience in the fields of Statutory Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Litigation.

S Kamakshi (Partner) Associate Chartered Accountant:

She is a B.Com graduate from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women. She cleared CA in July 2010. She has diversified experience as an internal auditor for corporate banking group of ICICI Bank for about 2 years, and then joined CRISIL as part of the equity research division for about 5 years and is currently practicing in the firm since 2020. She specializes in Direct Taxation and GST.
